-UNA LEYENDA CIERTAMENTE CREÍBLE-
_ El pueblo
Persa cuenta la leyenda de Jashmid, rey apasionado de las
frescas uvas de diferente color y fragancia. Que al reventar las uvas, éste rey
ordenaba que se guardaran en ánforas, en las habitaciones más frescas de
palacio. Por este proceso encontró que se escurría de las ánforas un líquido
espeso, cuyo olor en nada se parecía a la dulzura de los frutos. Así tuvo la
certeza y creyó qué, el líquido era venenoso por tanto hizo saber a sus
cortesanas, el riesgo y lo peligroso del mismo.
-UNA MUJER FUE LA PRIMERA EMBRIAGADA-
_ Una de ellas, cuyo nombre no registra la leyenda,
la cual había perdido los favores del rey. Se introdujo en la habitación de las
ánforas con aquel líquido, con ánimo de suicidarse, por ya no estar entre las
favoritas del rey Jashmind, así bebió un sorbo del espeso líquido, sintiéndose
mareada, también sus piernas le temblaban y su corazón rebosaba y se excitaba
dentro de su pecho. Hecha esa probatura,
tomando una jarra de las ánforas, la llenó de aquel líquido y se dirigió a las
habitaciones reales, para beberlo ante del rey y que éste la viera morir, sin
embargo extrañado el rey ante la imagen de felicidad de su cortesana, también
probó la bebida, surtió su efecto y juntos bailaron, rieron y se amaron.
_ Así
pues, por esta acción ella reconquistó los favores del rey, y la humanidad,
ganó el privilegio del vino.
-EL ORIGEN “POÉTICO” DEL VINO-
_ La leyenda helénica, mejor dicho griega, cuenta
que en Etolia, región de Grecia, un pastor llamado Staphylos
(Estafilos)
hijo de Dionisios, observó que una cabra se apartaba del rebaño que él
cuidaba y siempre llegaba más tarde al corral. Un día la siguió
y vio que la cabra comía de un fruto, que Estafilos
no había probado nunca. Llevó un racimo a su amo, Oinos. El amo de Stahylos
(Estafilos)
es Oinos,
o también reconocido por Eneo que era el rey de Calidón,
quien tuvo la idea de exprimir esos frutos convirtiéndolos en el suave
vino, de esta genialidad en exprimir las uvas y así el jugo que obtuvo fue el
primer vino. Oinos o Eneo pues, ofreció ese primer suave
vino a un viajero, que resultó ser el mismo Dionisios.
_ Dionisios cómo no, ya
conocía la vitivinicultura y para premiar a Oinos, por su ingenio en
el ofrecimiento le reveló los misterios dl cómo hacer vino que en verdad solo
conocía Dionisios, y llamó al vino “oinos” y a la vid “staphile”.
Por tanto a Estáfilo lo reconocemos como el “racimo”, y de la raíz de la palabra Eneo
surgió la palabra “enología”.
_ Sabemos también, según otras leyendas que Stahylos
(Estafilos)
el hijo de Dionisios era un navegante.
-LOS JUDIO-CRISTIANOS CON EL VINO TAMBIÉN CONOCEN LA BORRACHERA-
_ También el pueblo
Judío (y posteriormente el pueblo cristiano por herencia) tiene su primera borrachera
propia. En las Sagradas Escrituras, el patriarca Noé, después de la
travesía en el Arca y tras el Diluvio Universal, plantó la vid. De
sus frutas, las uvas al estrujarlas, obtuvo un rico jugo o zumo, que en verdad
era mosto, así fue Noé quien le tocó el honor de conocer y experimentar los
efectos del rico mosto (primer vino) al beber el primero de aquel néctar. Ello
tuvo varias consecuencias algo terribles, que se tradujo en la maldición de la
desgracia para los hijos de Cam, al ser éste, Cam
quien intentó tapar la desnudez de su padre al verle excesivamente alegre
(embriagado o borracho) y, Noé al ver que Cam se turbaba y escandalizaba,
lo repudió, haciendo por otra parte que la embriaguez de Noé
prestigiase de este modo al vino, y de alguna manera a los que lo beben.

-A LEGEND CERTAINLY CREDIBLY-
_ Persian people tell the legend of Jashmid,
king passionate about fresh grapes of different color and fragrance. That when
the grapes were bursting, this king ordered that they be kept in amphorae, in
the coolest rooms of the palace. By this process he found that a thick liquid
was flowing out of the amphorae, the smell of which was nothing like the
sweetness of the fruit. Thus he had the certainty and believed what, the liquid
was poisonous therefore it made to his courtesans, the risk and the dangerous
thing of the same one.
-A WOMAN WAS THE
FIRST INTOXICATED-
_ One of them, whose name does not register the
legend, which had lost the favors of the king. He entered the room of the
amphoras with that liquid, with the intention of committing suicide, not to be
among the favorites of King Jashmind, so he took a sip of the
thick liquid, feeling dizzy, also his legs trembled and his heart overflowed
and excited inside his chest. When he had taken that cup, he took a jug from
the amphorae, filled it with the liquid, and went to the king's rooms, to drink
it before the king, and let him see her die. Yet the king was astonished at the
image of his courtesan, also tasted the drink, had their effect and together
they danced, laughed and loved each other. Thus, by this action she regained
the favors of the king, and humanity, gained the privilege of wine.
- THE
"POETIC" ORIGIN OF WINE-
_ The Hellenistic legend, in Greek, says that in Aetolia,
a region of Greece, a shepherd named Staphylos (son of Dionysius),
observed that a goat departed from the herd that he tended and always came
later to the corral. One day he followed her and saw that the goat ate a fruit,
which Staphylos had never tasted. He carried a bunch to his master, Oinos.
The owner of Stahylos (Estafilos) is Oinos, or also recognized
by Eneo,
who was the King of Calidón, who had the idea to squeeze those fruits turning them
into the soft wine, of this genius in squeezing the grapes and thus the juice
that obtained was the first wine. Oinos or Eneo therefore, offered
that first soft wine to a traveler, who turned out to be the same Dionisios.
_ Dionisios how not,
already knew wine and to reward Oinos, for his ingenuity in the
offer revealed the mysteries dl how to make wine that in truth only knew Dionisios,
and called the wine "oinos" and the vine "staphile".
Therefore, we recognize Staphylo as the "cluster",
and from the root of the word Eneo came the word "enology."
_ We also know, according to other legends that Stahylos
(Staphylos) the son of Dionysios
was a navigator.
-THE
JEWISH-CHRISTIANS WITH THE WINE ALSO KNOW THE DRUNKENNESS-
_ The Jewish people (and later the Christian
people by inheritance) have their own first drunkenness. In the Sacred
Scriptures, the patriarch Noah, after the crossing in the Ark and after the
Universal Deluge, planted the vine. From his fruit, the grapes squeezed them,
