"CHEF, CHOF" 24.04.16 PARTE (1-2)

   -Una columna muy audaz para lectores muy inteligentes-. (1ª parte de 2) Siempre hay que poner un poco orden de las “cosas”, ¿Qué es en verdad CHEF? A saber, para todo el mundo incluso quienes se atreven a estar delante de cámaras, papeles escritos, blogs, y micrófonos, y hablan y hablan y hablan, y al fin y al cabo, en verdad nadie nos cuenta nada claro, eso de expresase bien, pero por lo visto para expresarse bien, hay que estudiar, investigar y más cosas de concentración, y muchos efluvios hacen que los magines, no imaginen tan siquiera. 

   Lo más recurrente actualmente el “internet”, y lo que se cuenta a primera vista es lo siguiente: chef nombre masculino; Jefe de cocina de un restaurante u otro establecimiento donde se sirven comidas, de verdad cómo me gusta, teniendo el idioma español tantas palabras diferentes, más de 100.000 quizá, ¿no hay ninguna que sea la óptima para este menester?, vamos y ponemos nombre extranjero a algo que se dice y se usa, permanentemente en España, “chef”. 

   Sigo buscando para enseñar un poco a todo ese mundo que se acerca a estos campos, donde el intrusismo, es algo que está al orden del día, y que cualquiera, con un poco más de cara, que de experiencia y mucho menos sabiduría, hace que sea el mejor “colocado”, pero será así, habrá que estar “colocado”, y “bien colocado”, para según qué cosas. 

   Pues a ver que nos dice el diccionario del español, sobre chef: Del fr. chef. 1. m. y f. Jefe de cocina, en especial de un restaurante. Indagaré un poco más, en verdad chef en inglés es también a algo parecido a cocinero, pero también se dice jefe, a chief, y como para algunas cosas las más, adoptamos y hablamos de “aquella” manera, bien en sí mismo es el simple jefe, pero en este caso hay un batiburrillo tremendo, cuando en verdad habría que denominar a estos menesteres no chef, sino cocinero, si en verdad se quiere ser tan purista y exquisito.
