__ Para
entender un poco lo que después, se habrá que catar, o sea el vino, en mi
opinión es necesario crear una mínima base, y ella empieza en la
"VITUCULTURA", parte de la Enología que estudia lo más cercano a lo
más natural de donde viene el vino, y es la tierra, los suelos, las plantas y
después las uvas; el necesario fruto de la vid, que en su madurez, se le
recolectará para ser prensada y así obtener su jugo, y este tras el proceso de
la fermentación, se convertirá al fin en algo diferente, el vino. La
"Viticultura" por tanto es lo más básico, del vino...

PROVA DE VINHO" [Lembrete-13, 04..07..13] (1º CONHECIMENTO DO VINHO - B)
__ Para
entender um pouco o que mais tarde, vamos ter que provar, ou seja, vinho, na
minha opinião é necessário criar uma base mínima, e começa no
"VITUX", parte da Enologia que estuda o mais próximo ao mais natural
de onde vem o vinho, e é a terra, os solos, as plantas e depois as uvas; o
fruto necessário da videira, que em sua maturidade, será coletado para ser
prensado e assim obter seu suco, e este após o processo de fermentação, acabará
por se tornar algo diferente, o vinho. A "Viticultura" é, portanto, a
