CULTURA Y VINO --EL VINO EN INTERNET--

___ Las cosas interesantes del vino, que no solo, son beber y saber cual es el vino más novedoso, o el lugar más apabullante, o el último vino que ha aparecido, en locales (mal) decorados de este glamour "MAL COPIADO" como si se tratase de espacios en Berlín, Oslo o Roterdam, donde beber vino digamos disfrazados de una modernez artificial, poniendo a las marcas de vino nombres que solo se entiende en la generación que ahora (2016) tiene entre 40 y 50 años y visten como si tuvieran, tan solo unos interminables 15? 20? 0...?... 

___ Por eso, creo que también existen muchas "cosas", en el universo del vino y su cultura, que en verdad no hace falta para saber de vino, es beber vino permanentemente, y esas "cosas" son por ejemplo saber de la historia, la filosofía o el arte desde que nos identificamos como seres humanos con cultura; eso sí, cultura pero nada de "snobismo". 

___ Así pues, en esta navegación virtual, he encontrado un blog que me parece muy recomendable y aún más interesante, se trata del Blog "VITIS ET VINUM LEX" del Autor Damián Aguilar, (Cartagena-1976) que desde aquí le doy la enhorabuena por su síntesis, formato, diseño y por supuesto su contenido.
