_ El mejor vino para una carne, un vino de tipo muy español y único en el mundo a la hora de la elaboración; dado que tan solo se puede elaborar de esta manera en España. Por tanto, una reivindicación a este tipo de vinos, frente a la inmensa mayoría de los vinos que se dan en el mercado mundial que todos son muy semejantes, en el modo de elaborar para llegar a un semejante resultado sea del área que sea. 

_ En definitiva todos esos vinos se han ido copiando al estilo francés, vendimia, fermentación en depósito y después crianza o no madera, y a embotellar, y por sus defectos pueden o no aguantar según que tipo los años que sean. Sin embargo los vinos de crianza biológica, del sur de España, Cádiz o Córdoba, son vinos intemporales en muchos años, amén de otros vinos casi semejantes a estos como los del Fondillón de Alicante o Murcia, y ...
