Sino, todo lo contrario se trata de hacer algo que sirva tanto para el aficionado, y para quien se atreva a ser algo más iniciado, e incluso para el profesional. Dando también paso a múltiples actores, conceptos, y aspectos que parece que están fuera del vino o su entorno, y no es así, sino que tales relaciones han hecho que el vino esté en el momento que se encuentra en la actualidad.

__ Es llevar a cabo algo muy simple, pero a la vez muy ambicioso, que va desde la historia del vino, desde las artes aplicadas en el mismo, las técnicas, la economía resultante de él, las técnicas, los lugares de producción y sus gentes, las variedades de uva, los tipos de vino, la cata de los mismos, y muchas cosas más.

__ Así pues, éste es el comienzo de está maravillosa aventura para con el vino, que como ya cuento es mucho más que solo beberlo, para el aprendizaje y su mayor conocimiento, para cuando se hable de ello no se cometan errores, y así cualquiera trate al vino con la elegante sencillez que tan solo tiene el vino, que en sí es sencillo y elegante.
